Hi guys.
I have a small pc for livestreams at sports. Billiards, so smooth fps is a must.
the rig is ddr5 board with 32gb 5200mt ram, 12700k cpu and 1050ti gpu. the cute lill MSI one.
Now, im needing to stream and POSSIBLY record in the future, but for now streaming. 3 times 4k 30fps cams is what I need running smooth. 2 are barely cutting it fps wise now. It's osmo pocket 3 and obsbot tiny 2. Main cam angle is set for the tiny. Best image of the two considering the osmo goes into a separate cam-mode that doesnt look nearly as good as its own 4k. The osmo lags when chosen in sources, while tiny 2 is decently smooth with small fallouts from time to time.
My friend told me to stop streaming with nvenc 264 as I have a decent cpu and ram. He ment that this lag stutter could really be fixed by chosing software, and maybe alter settings a bit.
Now, i was thinking, i found a 2070 8gb for fairly cheap at 130euro, and in Denmark thats decent.
Question, get the 2070 and see an uptick in fps and stability? Or slave my cpu on this? Pure Rock 2 Fx in there. So can be handled temp wise.
Thanks for your help.
