how to uninstall elgato plugin??

I have exhausted my brain power but cannot find how to do this.
I did a complete uninstall of obs, but its still there. I don't remember installing that plugin.
All I get on the stream deck is obs symbol. Elgato said it is something in obs causing the issue

I've managed to gt the plugin uninstalled. what ould cause the OBS logo to be on my Stream Deck and render it unresponsive??
