I need the following four things to be synced up:
1. Built-In Webcam
2. Mic
3. Desktop Audio (through Soundflower)
4. Monitor Capture of Desktop
#1-3 sync up in default settings, but my MBP's built-in webcam has about 500ms of lag that I can't seem to get rid of, even if I set it at lowest possible resolution. I can't find a way to delay the monitor capture, so my current settings add delay to the mic (#2) to match my webcam (#1), and to leave the desktop video and audio in sync. But then the audio and video of me is 500ms behind the audio and video of my desktop - meaning I can't move or sing along with music and my actions and reactions are 500ms behind what happens on my screen.
