Hi. I wanted to know if there was a possibility to stretch a webcam recording on OBS.

This is my image right now:

I'd like to stretch it like that:

I would suggest looking for a Windows webcam software application that can do image transformations.

Hello There!
You can use SHIFT key or ALT key to manipulate imagens file or webcam recording.
You can use mask to put webcam recording inside a shape.
But there is no way to apply other effects on image files or webcam recording at moment.

Unsure if you already resolved this or found a solution, but the 3D transform function in the StreamFX plugin for OBS is exactly what you need, I use it for projection mapping but you can use it for the webcam in a similar manner!
