How to stream/record SDR from HDR for Display and Windowed capture?

I know for Game Capture, all you have to do is set the color to Rec. 2100 (PQ). But for display and windowed capture, there is no option, and if I tick Force SDR on, it becomes too bright, but if I tick it off, it becomes washed. Any solutions to this? Thanks.
