Question / Help How to stream from Website to Youtube.

Hello I am a new user. I just downloaded OBS for windows. I want to live stream in Youtube through the video playing in website in google chrome. Now how can I select constantly the video playing in the tab in Google Chrome and stream it in Youtube ??
Please help me out.
