Hello , i know it will be kinda tricky to do that but im willing to go all-in and do everything thats possible to accomplish this , okay so im streaming window capture (google chrome) that has audio , i want to somehow keep this audio of chrome for the stream so people can hear it but to mute for myself (so basically exclude) + if i want to listen music or play video in pc or something like that to mute this sound for the people , i will use another example: okay so i started streaming some video from the chrome via windows capture and people hear but , but i want to simultaneously watch movie or tv show (can be browser, if thats impossible then windows media player) but by doing that i dont want to people on stream hear it , i want them to continue hearing only audio from chome (but not me) , i hope i explained it clearly p.s i already have VBCable + audio router but by doing that way i still can hear audio from the chrome , is this too much to ask or its achievable ?

Third-party software like Voicemeeter or VBAudio can help you do this. Support for Voicemeeter/VBAudio is outside the scope of OBS Support though.
You will need to contact VBAudio for help on how to set it up properly.

Again, we cannot provide support for their software. Their software, properly configured, can do what you want. But you will need to talk to their support people, as it is their software. Not us.

okay i finally found solution , you need VBCable and voicemeteer input + audiopick for chrome + obs streamlabs , switch settings around and you will get "lucky" , i thought it will be harder than that but that chrome extension really helped

no idea from where i can close this topic
