How to stop obs from preventing windows to sleep

I found this github page to stop obs from keeping windows awake. I have no clue how to extract this .dll file because the extracted files have a .cpp file and a premake5.lua file. no clue what to do with these files and how i can get the .dll file so i can just put it in my plugins folder.
