How to stop MS Teams showing Virtual Camera after uninstall?

Hi,

I tried OBS out last year and it's great but I don't need it right now. I've since uninstalled it but whenever I use Teams the camera defaults to OBS Virtual Camera despite OBS not being there.

How can I remove this from Teams?
