How to start one stream and end the other with audio and video using obs from different stream channels

Need instructions on how to set this up from start new to this please thank you

1. Create a new profile to the other channel.
2. Stop active stream.
3. Change profile
4. Start stream.

You could also use the Multiple RTMP outputs plugin or restream.io.
