How to speed up Audio in Advanced Audio Properties higher than -949 ms?

Hello,

My audio has significant delay sync with video at streaming/recording output.
Although, the audio mixer shows no delay when capturing audio.

Option 1
I've compensated with one setting.
CSI-Camera Filter setting Video Delay 1735 ms.
However, this causes significant video delay on monitor.

Option 2
I've compensated with two settings.
CSI-Camera has 749 ms video delay.
Mic Audio has -949 ms audio delay (actually speed up).
This is better than option 1, but still has too much video delay in monitor.

How can I increase negative audio delay up to -1500 or so?
Workaround or other?

How may I debug OBS to investigate the possible sources or culprits of the audio encoding delay of this magnitude given that the cpu has its own sound card or usb microphone?
