Question / Help How to solve the problem of white screen in the window capture of Excel, word and PPT in the new version

Go to "Window Capture" -> "Properties" and change the "Capture Method" from "Automatic" to "Windows Graphics Capture"

I have the same issue. The solution doesn't work, because I can't choose "Windows Graphics Capture". How can I activate this?

Update to windows 10 1903 or newer (currently 1903, 1909 or 2004)
