Hello everyone. I decided to start playing music in my streams but i can't window capture the song name. Is there a plugin of some sort that shows the song name on stream? If there is, would you please link me to it or tell me how to install it. Thanks in advance!

Did you read the instructions?

"The main option to configure is the "Save Directory". This is where the file containing the now playing data will be saved."

I've changed my save directory to a folder i have created for the extension, but the text file still has not appeared.

I followed these instructions.
Hi guys, If you were like me, you probably got a little pissed off trying to figure this out. Then you got even more pissed when a lot of the help was kinda fuzzy. Let's make this easy: First, you install the extension to chrome. Then, you have the little music icon in the top right corner of your browser, right click, options. The most important setting is the 'save directory' and probably the part that hinders most of you. So, first thing is first - close whatever music player or website you want this for (youtube, pandora) first. Then, go create a folder under your documents (easiest route) called 'nowplaying'. Then, link the directory: Example, I'm using C:\Users\(your cpu name)\Documents\nowplaying\ <---- that's all you need. Make sure the 'save as format' is .txt. Save, and it should say 'settings have been saved'. Now, open up that directory, and open the folder you created named 'nowplaying'. It should be empty. Open up Youtube or whatever music source, play the song, and a .txt will appear automatically (you don't have to create it or find it) that is named 'unp_now_playing'. It's a .txt file, and if you open that, you should see your music title from youtube or wherever as text. Hope this helps, I was a bit confused, but I figured it out and wanted to share. Cheers.
