Question / Help How to setup obs for weak pc?

I recently tried to stream, but it ended up very laggy, with low fps on stream while staying fine in game.

PC specs:
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
CPU - AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 450 3.20 GHz (triple-core)
RAM - 6GB DDR3
System - 64 bit Windows 10
Screen resolution - 1280x1024

Certain tweaks in settings didn't help to fix the issue.
Auto-configuration settings (On screenshot) didn't helped either
Is there a way I can set everything up to get rid of lag?
Looking for any advice
