No. Because the recording fills the newly generated file during the recording itself. So the file structure is blocked and can't be renamed (neither manually nor automatically) as long as the recording itself lasts. You only may rename the recorded file afterwards as usual.
By the way: Are you using mp4 format? You should record to mkv format first and remux (within obs) afterwards to mp4. As advised on other places here in the forum.
