I use OBS for streaming our church's news report program. One common mistake I usually got from my streaming was an audio of an imported video clip playing (which is supposed to be muted) while our host was talking without me hearing it from my monitor headphone connected to OBS. The only time I am going to realize that I forgot to mute that new video clip was if I am already watching the streamed video.
It is easier to notice a clip that must be muted if you can hear it, is there a way to change the settings of OBS so that every time I add a new media object to OBS its audio will be automatically set to "Monitor & Output"?
I am on a mac now but it will be also helpful to those with windows (maybe changing a .ini file?) how to do this if its possible.
TIA!
