How to set proper LOSSLESS mkv's NOT avi.

I have tried both of the following and it's STILL compressing the output. If I use SimpleScreenRecorder or VokoScreen they actually output true CRF 0. What am I doing wrong? Even if I change tune to none it is ignoring my CRF values. If I compare this to SSR or Voko my file is around 1/10th the size so it is definitely not CRF 0.

I want to record not stream ;)
