Question / Help How to separate/split streaming audio?

I have a standard audio output and I receive the sound of all applications for it, example: HeadSet.
In OBS Studio, can only configure the output device or input.
I want to be able to hear everything for my HeadSet, but only want to transmit the game. How to configure? I need to install a plugin that allows you to do that?
