How to send sound from one PC to another's OBS using sound cards?

Hi! I have a problem with sending sound from my gaming PC to my streaming PC. Currently I use NDI for this, but NDI has some random delay I get my audio and video desynchronized. I need to send 4 separate audio tracks(voice, game sound, Discord and music from the browser), so which internal sound cards can I use for that?
