How to select part of window to be recorded?

Hello

I can see how to use filters and then add the number of pixels from top, bottom etc but is there no way in which I can simply use the mouse to drag and select the part of the window which I wish to record?!

Cheers

Hold down the ALT key, then drag the borders of the source to the inside to crop. They turn green to show the area outside is cropped.

Are you referring to Window Capture?
I found the Transform option to manually enter specific values long after using the mouse to simply move/adjust the Window Frame (in Red, when not locked). The non-obvious tip is using the ALT key to crop. Though I found that if I transform to Fit Window, then try the ALT-crop method, it doesn't work for me.

Many thankskoala! Perfect!
I should apologise for even thinking that OBS could not do this!
