Obs error

my problem is, when I switch the obs to an integrated intel hd 620 video card, the games lag,I can't capture individual windows in the obs. when I switch the obs to a discrete video card, I can take advantage of all the features but I can't capture the desktop. this problem was caused by the cumulative update of windows 50013300, which I successfully updated to a different version today but it not sloved the problem. now I can't change the graphics settings in invidia, only in the windows settings. help
 
you don't need to tell me that my computer is weak enough to stream and record videos. before this problem, I was free to play csgo and other games on the stream in fhd and 30 fps without any delays and lags
