How to RUN previous OBS version after install?

So basically, I am unable to run the latest OBS release because my Macbook is running OS X 10.11. In order to run OBS on my macbook, I downloaded the compatible previous OBS version (24.0.3) from Github without issues. My issue is that I can't run any files after installing. I've downloaded every file below the 'assets' dropdown, and all I can do is look at the files in their location. So how do I actually RUN this version of OBS after downloading instead of just looking at the file? Thank you.

Edit: I have attached screenshots of the download link and the files. I want to run the software, not look at the files, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to do that.
