I am using OBS from last 2months and its working fine in windows 7 but i cant open my laptop 24/7 for streaming so i purchased Virtual Server and windows server 2008 R2, i installed msvcr120.dll also because first it was giving missing error. After fixing it i reinstall OBS studio and now its giving error FAILED TO INITIALIZE VIDEO

This is because a Virtual Machine usually does not have a GPU that supports video rendering.
You'll probably need Windows Server 2012 R2 (see here for more information) to use RemoteFX. Technically, 2008 R2 also supports RemoteFX, but it's a lot more crappy and restrictive (you need Workstation class hardware and a lot of convoluted setup).

BUT That's not the end of it. You will need to set up the 2012 R2 as an actual Remote Desktop server before you can use virtualized GPUs (just Administrative Mode will not do). And that requires an RDP-License (which isn't cheap) and have a seperate server managing that license.

You can also look into Oracle's Virtualbox which seems to do all that for free :p
But is a lot less "enterprisey". It doesn't run as a service like Virtual Server does (at least not without some tinkering).
