How to remove side black bars on a stream when capturing an app with a non-standard resolution?

My system resolution is set to 1920 x 980 (1080 native but 980 is set without scaling in NVIDIA CP), the same resolution is set in some game and in the OBS browser everything is displayed normally - there are only black bars at the top and bottom. But on the recording or when watching the stream on Twitch or Youtube there are also black bars on the sides.

In Video -> General: Base (Canvas) Resolution is set 1920x1080. When broadcasting on YouTube and recording the resolution is set to 2560x1440 (Video -> General: Output Scaled Resolution) and when broadcasting at Twitch - 1920x1080 is set. Why is everything displayed normally in OBS (except for horizontal stripes which is normal) and everywhere else there are black stripes on the sides? The standard resolution for these services is still sent. I tried to tinker with "Edit Transform" setting but couldn't get the desired result.

Is there any way to fix this without changing the resolution in tha OBS Video settings?

I apologize. It turned out that everything works fine. It's just when I set the monitor resolution to 1980x980, Full HD videos are not displayed properly in players and browsers - there are black bars on the sides. I make the resolution 980 only when playing and streaming. Everyone else sees the video as it should, I also can watch my videos normally when the resolution is set to the usual one for my monitor. This has nothing to do with the OBS.
