Question / Help How to remove File Name of mp4 on playback?

I'm a newbie to OBS. When I've created an MP4 recording, it displays the file name on playback.
Is there a setting I must enable to keep this from showing up? I've included a screenshot. The last log file is: https://obsproject.com/logs/VoeKmWvuK2hhstL9

Also, What setting is required to display only one screen instead of an infinite mirrored screen? I thought I saw a video that showed how to do that but can't find it. I'm using a dual monitor setup now to avoid this but would like to know for future.

OBS doesn't display the filename. It's the player you are using to play back that file. Look in the settings of that player.

The infinite mirror screen goes away if you move OBS to a monitor you don't capture with display capture. It also goes away if you minimize OBS while recording or if you're putting it behind some other app, so its preview isn't visible ("if you cannot see it, it isn't there").
