Please be respectfull when answering.

I am wondering how to record with 240fps with my CPU because other people can record with 240 fps with a ryzen 5 is there really any difference? And how would I be able to record with 240 fps with my CPU or is it not possible? https://obsproject.com/logs/T-jp3xSwkZ8el2rc
The codecs are normaly optimized to work best at 60fps, sometimes even do a nice job at 120fps if your using a not demanding game and you only record. It's a limitation on your computer.
On streaming you have to set 60fps max.

Recording at above 60fps is not officially supported. It may work, but is at-your-own-risk, and outside the official OBS Support scope. Best of luck, you'll need to tune your machine to the point it can provide each completed frame in under 4ms, which generally won't be easy, and have a CPU capable of encoding each frame in under 4ms, which can be another tall (and computationally expensive) order.

It's also virtually pointless, but some dumbass Minecraft YouTuber keeps recommending it to newbies. Want to slap the idiot-stank off that guy.
