my pc:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6GB GDDR5
Intel i5-6600K 3.5Ghz
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 PC4-17000 16GB 2X8GB CL14
MSI Z170A Krait Gaming

my captor is: elgato hds+

When I watch the recorded video it looks like it's recorded at 30 fps, my cpu usage when recording is 22%, I only use the pc to record since the capture device is connected to an xbox series x
and these are my settings:

Is there any configuration so that the recorded video goes to 60 fps? Or do you think that the PC lacks power? Thanks

Open settings > go to the video tab > select framerate, and in the dropdown menu, select either 59.94 or 60 fps. Either will do.

Also, don't use CBR for recording. It wastes a lot of diskspace when nothing intensive is happening on screen.

Use CRF or CQP (any hardware encoder AMD AMF/VCE or NVidia NVENC will use this instead, but it will look similar enough).
As for quality value, lower means higher quality, but anywhere between 16 and 23 should be fine.

I hope this helps.

THANKS AND I PUT IT IN 14 AND IT RECORDED VERY WELL.
IF I BUY A 4K 60FPS CAPTURER, WOULD MY PC SUPPORT IT? WOULD IT RECORD WELL?

Adding a capture card to capture the same computer will make everything perform worse, not better.

For capturing a game console, a capture card will offer better picture quality than using the console's remote play function to send the video feed to the computer.
