Question / Help How to record 3 screens

Hello, I'm a beginner here, I need to record 3 separate screens in 3 different files, can I do this with OBS? I need to record all 3 screens at the same time. I need help.
 
You can probably do this using 1 regular install of OBS and 2 portable installs.
