How to record 2 or more videos at the same time? More precisely, how to capture 2 or more different audio sources at the same time?

I have recorded up to 6 videos at the same time on windows. But I cannot find out how to do the same on mac.

I can open more than 1 instance of OBS, but how can I capture audio from more than 1 source at the same time?

I am using movavi sound grabber to capture sound (which works exactly like ishowU, which I have used before)
