How to Read a file dynamically and put names on Lanes

I have a list of racers in a heat sheet with. I'd like to have a push button solution that I could have a scene with the start Overlay like the image below. Races are usually pretty quick so I'd need a way to hit next and have it read the next line of Swimmers in the file.

Are there any recommendations on where to look to achieve results like below?

Were you able to find a solution? I'm trying to do the exact same thing, but have not come up with anything. I'm trying to do it without interacting with the scorers table.

For the dynamic content, I'd use PowerPoint or a similar presentation tool. There are purely text based solutions, but if you want to add graphics (flags and the semi opague lane backgrounds) it probably is most convenient to prepare them in a presentation and do a Window Capture.

The most challenging might be to have it in perspective over the camera. The StreamFX plugin has a 3D Transform Filter but not sure whether it can do the exact transform you need (might need to move the camera). At the forums I've read that some people encounter stability issues with this plugin, so take your time to test extensively.
