HOW TO PROPOSE SEVERAL QUALITY FOR VIEWERS ON MY STREAM?

Hi everyone,
When I start a stream the viewers can't chose the quality. The only chose is 1080p source. I stream with OBS. I stream on Twitch. Do you know how to fix this problem and how I can do for propose 160p, 360p, 480p, 720p60ps, 1080p30fps?

The answer is simple and uniform:

Q: Are the quality/transcoding options available to users who are not Twitch Partners?

Yes. Non-Partners can use the quality/transcoding option on their channel if we have enough space on our servers. Among the channels belonging to people who are not Partners, Affiliate channels have a higher priority than the others.

@MICHOUPLUS This issue is not OBS, it is Twitch
When you start each stream, check to see if your stream shows the quality options in the browser.
If not, stop/start "streaming" on obs. This will re-initialize your stream with Twitch.
You may have to do this multiple times.
Twitch viewers know this as well, but you can post some text in chat alerting them to what you are doing.

Although Marco123 knows the cause, he didn't provide a solution. Now you have both :-)
It's annoying, but a part of being a streamer.

Stream to YouTube or Facebook. You can use a service such as restream.io to stream to multiple platforms.
