How to prevent Automatic Updating

How do I prevent OBS from automatically updating to the latest version?
Sometime last night between 5pm and midnight the latest version of OBS was installed on a computer without any physical interaction. How can that be possible?
I am running OBS on a different computer that is never turned off as well and it did not update.
Thoughts?

OBS tell you there's a new version but don't installs it unless you click on the button to do so.
In the OBS settings under General you can untick to check for updates when OBS is opened.
