How to permanently disable a Mic in Obs Studio

I have a high-quality mic which I always use for Obs Studio. But sometimes, Obs Studio will just randomly switch to the internal mic of my laptop.
How can I permanently remove this mic for Obs Studio (but still keep it for Windows cuz I still use it for meetings etc.)
Or is there a way to display the mic's name somewhere very easy to see, so that I know that it's the wrong mic when live-streaming or recording ?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
