Two presenters from different cities at the same time, in one broadcast. Any ideas?

The problem I see would be the audio and video latency between the two presenters. If I was going to attempt this I would use a conferencing video software something like ZOOM and have both presenters on it and capture the audio and video with OBS.
Their will still be some latency, Just a idea.

Thanks for the idea. It seems I did not accurately describe what I need.
One broadcast in which two presenters take turns broadcasting. The first one was taken from 0-5 minutes, then the second from 6-30 minutes, then the first from 31-35 minutes. Viewers see the broadcast of one presenter, alternately first-second-first.

Always Says only one of the leading, so that the sound does not overlap.
Всегда Говорит только один из ведущих, чтобы звук не накладывался.

Can someone connect two OBS broadcasts in one broadcast on YouTube? and from YouTube to the webinar room

No. If you need video/audio from two participants into a YouTube stream, one has to stream audio/video to the other, which combines/alternates audio and video from both sources and sends a single stream to YouTube. YouTube cannot combine two streams into a single broadcast.

Mixer has a feature like this they call Co-Streaming that does do this, though.
