Question / Help How to offset mic audio?

Hello, I'm new to OBS and my webcam video and my mic audio are out of sync. The webcam has a slight delay and with a quick google search I found out that to fix this you can offset the mic audio a bit to get them in sync. The problem is that I don't seem to find a setting for it in OBS. When I watch old youtube videos on the matter there is a Mic Sync Audio Offset area where you can input how many ms offset time you want to apply. But when I go to my audio settings in OBS all I get are these settings Capture.PNG ...

I checked the advanced options tab, and pretty much every other tab but I can't find a way to offset the mic audio anywhere. Does anyone know of a simple way to do this? If it makes any difference my mic is the Blue Snowball and my webcam is a Logitech c290.

Thanks in advance!
PS. If this is the wrong forum tab for this sort of question then forgive me, as it's my first time posting.

Mic offset is in the mixer settings (gear icon next to the word mixer), not in the preferences.
