How to make transition between two sources in OBS ?

Hey guys. I just wanted to ask how to make this nice transition between video capture and game capture in OBS on one tab like in the image? I tried so many options bur I cannot figure it out. Any ideas ? Thank you for your help.

I tried Nutty before, but did not find exactly what I was trying to do. Yeah ik YT is my friend but not now :D Been scrolling and browsing for few days already. Thanks for the reply btw <3
