I’m trying to figure out how to make a very big, obvious signal that lets me know if OBS is recording so that i always know if i'm recording/streaming or not. Also wondering if I can use midi, osc, or some other method to monitor whether OBS is recording or streaming. I can currently see if im recording/streaming if I have the OBS window open or by seeing a little red dot on my menu bar item for OBS, but wondering if there’s any way that I can make OBS send out a midi, osc , or some other signal when it starts/finishes recording or streaming so that I can program a bigger, more obvious button to turn red when im recording or stream (I would do this in a program like Max (by cycling 74)). Is this possible?
Or is there any other plugin or app that makes it more obvious when recording/streaming?
