How to make the second monitor as default program viewer?

Hi guys, I've been searching for an answer for this. Maybe someone here can provide a solution.

what i am trying to accomplish is that, every time that i launch OBS, it should automatically set to the desired monitor for monitoring.

currently, when i launch OBS and play around the different scenes, i have to right click the program window and select my second monitor. Then when i close OBS and launch again, i have to do the same steps again.

if there's a way that my setup will be saved including the monitor (second monitor as a default program view)
Appreciate it so much if you have a solution on this.

I guess you are asking if you can save the fullscreen or windowed projector, so it will open upon OBS start.
This is Settings->General->Projectors->Save projectors on exit.
