Question / Help How to make high quality audio local recordings ?

Hello, So I have a problem: my video recordings from OBS have bad quality sound.
I use OBS to record video music like NCS Youtube channel (I play music on foobar 2000 ). But the sound quality is too bad to listen. Please help me how to setting OBS for the best sound quality, and I do not need hight quality video (My lap is chip I5 U, 4G Ram) . I was looking for but no answers. Please help me. Thanks for reading!

Better equipment !? What equiqment I should upgrade (I just need higher sound quality) , Can you suggest me something? Tks u :)

You can use FFmpeg to set higher values.

If you're just recording audio and not video, OBS is not the best choice. I'd suggest Audacity or something like that, which will also let you record uncompressed if you want to.
