How to make a Windows obs installer?

I have compiled the OBS source code, now I need to make a Windows installer, I know that OBS uses NSIS to write the installer, please where can I find the source files for the installation script? I have searched the source code and I don't see any nsis related files.

I don't think the installer is part of the github source.
When we used a custom build we would just zip up the exe, dlls etc. that we built, and copy them to our target computers which already had a stock version of OBS installed. A pain if you need to install on a bunch of computers, but worked for our few.
