HOW to make a virtual mic

like virtual camera, is there a virtual mic? when you can whatever audio to your mic, so they will hear whatever is in the mic?
like sharing audio to your mic? i hope yo get my question.

There is not, in OBS.
You can use something like Voicemeeter or VBAudio VAC for this though, to re-route audio on your system however you like, including creating virtual input and output devices. We can't provide support for those third-party softwares here though, but it should get you on the right track!
