How to lower stream delay?

Hello, I am a streamer on Twitch and I often have stream delay. I've already turned on low-latency mode so I know that it has something to do with obs. What do I do to have a significantly lower stream delay?

What do you mean with delay in terms of real time?
Twitch normally have between 3 to 5 seconds delay and some times more depending on other factors like your ISP network or the viewers ISP and connection to Twitch.
If your lucky enough you get less delay on the stream.
