How to kick start OBS automatically in Windows 10 Power on

Hi there, had some good success learning OBS and it's working really nicely for us.

However I need to automate (if possible) that OBS starts automatically when the PC is switched on WIn 10 starts.

Is this possible please and if it is, do you have any simple user instructions how to do please?
