Question / Help How to install Reaper plugins?

I ran the installer program and it said all was well. But all the files are stored in C:\VSTPlugins\ReaPlugs.
I start OBS, click on the gear for my mic and it has Filters, Properties and Advanced. No VST anything in OBS.

Am I missing some steps?
Is there some sort of VST-enable button in OBS?
I get the same result on two different PCs running Win10.

So I located another thread with the same problem. The Reaper plugin installer puts the VSTplugin directory in the wrong place. It ends up in C:\Program Files rather than C:Program Files (x86). The README is useless for installation directions. It has apparently been this way for a long time.
