Question / Help How to include an discrete graphics card in the obs amd radeon hd 7600m

I have a problem I want to stream not through the CPU, but through a discrete graphics card amd radeon hd 7600m can I somehow include this card, that would normally stream or not how. please reply

Use the AMD hardware encoder (AMF) assuming your GPU supports it.

Rich And can you give me a link to this encoder?

It's built into OBS, it won't show if not available though. The 7600m might not support it.
