Question / Help How to improve?

I want to stream and record (720P @30fps) at the same time with OBS Studio, but all games becomes unplayable when i do that.

I'm running gtx 970, i5 4690k and 8GB 1866 ram. I play on 144hz monitor.

My obs settings for recording and streaming.

What's the problem? Do I need more powerful hardware? Or is there something wrong with my setting? Any tricks to fix this?

Here is log from my other post couple days ago. I didn't record during that stream, because I knew that would be playable...

Thank's for linking those setting ( will be testing tomorrow). Should i do anything to streaming setting or just leave them as they are?
