How to I stream a game with chat?

I am trying to stream far cry 5 on youtube. I can import the game into the scene (importing it as a game, game using browserless windows) but I cannot play it in OBS, it's just a static window. Is there a way to have the game and chat on the same screen so I can see both at the same time? Thanks!

If you want to monitor chat over the game, then you need special chat programs with this feature. The game must be launched in a window or borderless window.

Thank you for your response! But the free version of restream is only for 6 chatters, and the tutorials for the other two programs are mostly in russian. Can you recommend a different chat program with tutorials in English? Thanks!
