How to I add a source? No + sign.

Ok, I feel rather stupid. I worked with OBS before but now I do not see how I can add a source (bron in my Dutch OBS version)
Now I don't see a + sign, can't click on select source or anything. I can only add scenes. It must be something simple, and I'd be so thankful for anyone who can get me over this initial hurdle!!
