Question / Help How to hear live game sound while streaming question

Hi All,
I'm able to get game and mic sound to work while I stream on Twitch. I'm getting sound to work in Twitch by using Sound Flower. However, I'm unable to hear my PS4 game sound so I can hear it in real time. Is there a way for me to do that? Hopefully this makes sense.
