How to have multiple instances of OBS using different saved settings?

I have to run two instances of OBS to get the settings I want. Which is to have different sources running at different frame rates under different profiles. It's good for mitigating power usage while optimizing performance. The only issue is every time I launch the second instance of OBS, it uses the settings of the first one and I have to manually change them every time. Sometimes vice versa depending on which instance settings were in use the last time I closed OBS. I tried making a separate OBS folders for this, but they both use the same settings saved in an %appdata folder.
